- RESERVATIONS
- Confirm your booking by paying an advance of Rs. 5,000/- per person for South Indian tours & Rs.10,000/- per person for North Indian tours.
- To avoid any inconvenience kindly book your seats minimum 3 months before.
- Remaining amount should be paid before 15 days of tour commencement.
- Kindly produce valid ID (AADHAR CARD) while booking your seats for the North India tour.
- Flight and train tickets are booked according to the name and age given by the passenger.
- CHILD FARE
- Age 3 to 6 years – 50% of the adult fare (without Seat)
- Age 3 to 6 years - 80% of the adult fare (with Seat)
- Age 5 to 11 years - 80% of the adult fare (with Seat)
- Tours subject to minimum fully paid seats; cancellation notice 10 days prior to departure
- Tour cost may hike due to fuel and market factors without prior notice
- TRANSPORTATION
- Some destinations with Non-AC vehicles for Hill Stations
- Mini Bus, Tempo Traveller, or similar for fewer passengers
- Option to upgrade to Higher Class train with fare difference
- No authority over specific train berths/seats
- Flight fares not included; bus seat rotation system
- ACCOMMODATION
- Separate rooms on Twin Sharing Basis (Non-AC); AC rooms for most destinations
- Triple Bedded Room for families of 3, subject to availability
- Extra charges for additional room; inform the company for early check-in and late check-out
- BAGGAGE
- Recommendation to travel light with limited luggage
- City prone to thefts; take extra care of belongings
- Passenger's responsibility for baggage; company not liable for losses
- Strongly advise obtaining medical/theft insurance for safety
- CANCELLATION
- Advance payment non-refundable.
- Refund for Train/flight depends on airline policy.
- Alternate sightseeing arranged for closures, extra cost borne by tourists.
- No claim for unutilized services due to personal reasons.
- Muktinath Yatra: Flight cancellation non-refundable, alternative arrangements made.
- OTHERS
- Read company rules before booking.
- Company doesn't own lodges, airlines, etc.
- Inform about major health ailments before booking.
- Departure dates subject to change.
- Service tax applicable as per Govt Rules.
- Package cost details must be clarified before booking.
- Brochure info subject to change beyond control.
